Shipping policy
After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 3 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Note that the lead time to pick & pack an order is different from shipping time.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Most orders are shipped within a week but orders can take up to 14 days to ship due to natural disasters or high-volume orders due to holidays.

Our standard domestic shipping rate for USA orders starts at $15.
Local delivery
We do not offer local delivery.
In-store pickup
We do not offer in-store pickup.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Refunds
The product must be returned to us in order to receive a refund. Please note that the original shipping fee is considered a completed service and is non-refundable; any credit issued will apply to the cost of the returned product only.
Exchanges
The first exchange on an order is provided free of charge. For any subsequent exchange, a $25 fee will apply to cover shipping and restocking costs, and a photo of the product will be required to confirm it is in new, unworn condition.
Shipping Multiple Orders
To avoid processing delays, orders with different order numbers must be returned in separate packages.
