Shipping Policy

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 3 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Note that the lead time to pick & pack an order is different from shipping time.


You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


Most orders are shipped within a week but orders can take up to 14 days to ship due to natural disasters or high-volume orders due to holidays.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

You are required to return the product in order to receive a refund. Please note that the initial shipping fee is considered a completed service and is non-refundable; your credit will be applied to the cost of the returned product only.


To prevent processing delays, any returns associated with different order numbers must be processed and shipped in separate packages.
