    Best Shoe I’ve Ever Worn

Posted by Michael Williams on 10th Sep 2020

Seriously. It took a week to break them in, but as soon as I did they became the easiest, most comfortable and most versatile thing I’ve ever put on my feet. From office to fieldwork to parties to the park, these are the real deal.

I have a horrible time finding shoes that fit...

but these were great! Perfect "happy medium" between casual and dress shoes. I'll be ordering a pair in black.

    almost perfect

Posted by Joan McGovern on 27th Jul 2020

I like most of these features except the laces
I have a foot that swells and I am going to have to cut the laces and put in ones that will be very loose. I am in hopes I can wear them with this change.

    nearly perfect

Posted by Lief Olsen on 25th Jul 2020

I am very happy with my pair of Bramfords! they are very comfortable, about as stylish as I have seen in any barefoot shoe, and the lacing system is very clever, and yields a snug, yet mobile feel for my feet.
I would rate it a 5, but I have some minor complaints. Firstly, I find the insole is a bit too raised for my preference. Having a shoe that is as close to my bare feet as possible is my ideal, so I would love to have something a bit thinner, particularly at the heel. Secondly, although I like the fact that the shoe was designed naturally wear out, it seems to make it prone to scuffs, leaving it with a permanent mark.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the shoes. I am looking forward to seeing the finished product of the dress shoes, and I will certainly consider buying another pair in the future (especially if the insole can be made thinner)
    cheers!

    No Compressed Toes

Posted by California Bigfoot on 23rd Jul 2020

My foot measures in at 12 1/2 EEEE(US), so I was not sure whether to choose the 12 or the 13. I went up to 13, and I am happy I did. The fit is good. There is a lot of room for my. The shoe is flexible and easy to get on and off. It is a casual shoe--not the one I would choose for a long walk, but perfect footwear for the office or shopping trips. I do wish it had more arch support. There is an arched inner sole, but it is not quite enough for me. I'll be swapping that out for something more substantial. I am impressed by the overall construction. The rubber sole is bonded to the leather uppers, so your feet will stay dry if you step in shallow puddles. Overall I'm quite happy with these shoes.

I expected to have to break them in for a few hours but found them to be so comfortable I wore them all day with no discomfort at all.

These shoes are exactly as advertised. I have tried other natural shoe brands before and these are my favorite. They offer sufficient cushion with a good insole and tough, rubbery outsole. The thick leather upper is soft and pliable and quickly molded to my feet. The leather lining and the unique "no-tie" elastic laces allow me to slip the shoe on and off with ease. These are my "go to" shoes when neither a dress shoe or performance sport shoe would be more appropriate. I like to think of them as my "urban moccasins."
