Comfortable and much better looking than some of the other minimalist dress shoes out there

FInally a zero drop dress shoe that you can't tell is a zero drop shoe. Good looking and comfortable.

I have flat feet, wide feet and bunions and these shoes are by far the most comfortable shoes I own and they look great with all dress pants or even jeans or khakis. Amazing!! My feet thank you

    Brenston Dressshoe

I had been looking for a show like this and there was nothing I could really wear with a suit and tie! These look great and professional and feel awesome on my feet!! I bought black and now want a brown pair as well

Could wish size was more consistent with Bramfords. The Brenston fit is slightly larger and is too loose if worn without socks.

Comfort & Contemporary Style for Tall men

Great shoe for casual business with jeans or dress slacks. Perfect when you are walking around a busy office or large complex all day. You could even wear these with a sports coat and slacks when comfort is the main goal. I wear a 13 -13.5 and these fit very well. I find the slip on styling nice for us older guys who don't always have a location to sit and put shoes on. The pair of shoe laces that are supplied for use after the initial stretch lace is shot is a nice touch.

    Exactly what I needed

Posted by Jerry on Nov 07, 2021

While we were on lock down I took up a new hobby of backpacking and hiking long distance. I used a hiking shoe with zero drop and wide toe box. Over the course of a few months my feet changed drastically. When it was finally time to go back to work and I slipped on my dress shoes I was in for a painful surprise. My traditional dress shoes were way too narrow on the toe end and I noticed the heel felt so high, like I was constantly on a down hill.

After much research I came across Birchbury Brenston. Decided to pull the trigger and I was very happy I did. They have relieved all of my foot pain and feel much more comfortable. Plus they look good and nobody notices they don't have a traditional heel like all other dress shoes. Highly recommend!

Picked up Brenston in both black and brown. I've got wide flat feet and these fit great. Super comfy. I'm in an office all day and they feel way better than the old Oxford style dress shoes I used to wear. Leather is good quality. Nice that regular laces were included if I ever want to switch out the elestic ones. I wear a 43 in the Bramford so went with that size for the Brenston. After trying them on found the 43 was just a little too long in the toebox for my liking. Birchbury was fast to respond to my request for exchange. Return process was straight forward. Shipping to Canada was quick. I'll be buying pairs more in the future.

    Great Shoes - Odd Sizing

Posted by Gord on Nov 07, 2021

I love these shoes but it took me three tries to get it right, even though I own a pair of Birchbury's first shoe, the Bramford - also a very comfortable shoe! In any case, the delivery time, returns and customer service in general has been great and I do love my Birchbury shoes. Now for a casual shoe to slide in between the Bramford and Brenston!
